By opting in, you may receive two types of text messages:

• Transactional Messages - Appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, job updates, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry or active project.
• Marketing Messages - Promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and updates about our services (only if you have separately opted in to marketing communications).

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project status. You may receive up to 4 messages per month for transactional communications. Marketing message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

3. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

How to opt out:

• Text STOP to any message you receive from us to unsubscribe immediately from all SMS communications.
• After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• To opt out of marketing messages only while keeping transactional updates, contact us directly.

4. SMS Rejoining Instructions

If you have previously opted out and wish to receive SMS messages from us again, you may:

• Text START or YES to our SMS number to re-subscribe
• Submit a new contact form on our website and check the SMS consent box
• Contact us directly to re-enroll
